This utility is an httpHandler that sits in your .Text website and properly redirects requests for your .Text site to your CS site. This is needed as some of the URL formats changed between the 2 packages. This utility can also be used in the event you've changed your top level domain name, i.e. it will forward all requests for the old domain to the proper URL in your new domain.
