It was one of those rare nights (for me at least) where everything seemed to fall into place: Crits came at the right time, my aim was spot on, and we had excellent medics to keep us healthy. There are some good examples of leading, scout management, sentry neutralization, and tracking cloaked spies. My final score was 84 points (roughly double the next player on our team) after 2 rounds; this demo is of the 2nd round which is where most of the mayhem ensued.

Here's the kicker: Our team ended up losing at the very last second.

TWL Preseason Round 2 (Well CTF): TF2F vs CC Soldier Demo

A demo of TF2F's second TWL preseason game against Cartoon Capers (CC). This second demo is of me as soldier playing on Well CTF. I had an overall good round, however CC kept us pinned down on defense for much of it. We ended up tying 2-2, however having won the first round 2-1, overall we were victorious.

TWL Preseason Round 1 (Well CTF): TF2F vs CC Soldier Demo

A demo of TF2F's first TWL preseason game against Cartoon Caper (CC). This first demo is of me as soldier playing on Well CTF. I had an extremely slow start, with only 2 kills for the first few minutes. I managed to rally back from a .15 KPD ratio to 1.0, and TF2F won the round 2-1. Most notable is that around the 27:00 mark, over half of their team gets taken out by a train, including an ubered heavy and his medic.

Soldier Demo: Dustbowl

This is a demo of me playing Soldier on Team Fortress 2 Fort server #3 on Jan 23 2008. Total KPD for the game is 2.2. Video length is 51:00, use the demoui/demoui console command to navigate through the demonstration. Round 3 was my best round, and that starts at approximately 41:00 into the video. I had an especially good run against enemy spies, and this is an overall good demonstration of how to play good defense with soldier when defending on Dust Bowl. It was a very fun session to play.

Soldier Demo: 2Fort

This is a demo of me playing Soldier on Team Fortress 2 Fort server #3 on Jan 23 2008. The match went into overtime and ultimately we lost, however it's a good demonstration of how to play Soldier in an aggressive role on 2Fort. Total KPD for the game was just under 2.0.
