• This Could Only Happen In North Carolina

  A while back, the story about inhaleable alcohol broke over the internet (I can't find the specific link, but this was announced several years ago in 2004). Fast forward to today, and there's an article floating around stating the machines have been banned in my home state of North Carolina (in addition to 21 other states). My home state is at the very center of the bible belt, and is also a haven for commercial televangelism so it's not a huge surprise until you factor in the following... • Exit Poll Data Released

  In an earlier post about this year's election, I mentioned what I think of exit polls (this election at least). I won't rehash this article here, but it's worth having a look at. Basically, they still don't know what happened, which is kinda scary. • www.Electoral-Vote.com -- Votemaster Reveals Identity

  I've been following Electoral Vote (it's getting hit pretty hard, be patient) for a while now; it's been interesting to follow the lead changes, and there's been some good commentary by the web(vote)master (who has until now remained anonymous) throughout the life of the site. There has been quite a bit of speculation about the identity of this individual, with most thoughts leaning towards someone from a gov't (perhaps Clinton era?) background.
