I Must Be Turning Into My Mother...

Because lately I prefer to listen to NPR rather than music stations while driving.  And I don't even like talk radio.

Sidenote:  It certainly doesn't help that radio in Charlotte is absolute shit.  One of the last decent stations (which isn't even actually based in Charlotte; they played good 80's stuff) bit the dust recently and came back reformatted as an oldies station.  Oldies as in the bad stuff from the 50's and 60's.  Everything else is either hip-hop/r&b or country.  Oh, and the above only applies when I don't have any decent CD's in the car.
