I've noticed a new (well, new to my site at least) form of blog spam trickling in here on JK.com; the spammer leaves a comment that is simply a duplicate of the post up to a certain amount of words, and the only link back to their site is in the "From" box, so for example if Google were to spam this post, it would look like:

Chances are good that the would be spammer is attempting to leave multiple comments like this at once on my site, however I have ReverseDOS configured to block attempts that aren't at least 60 seconds apart so who knows.  Regardless, it's pretty crafty and so far at least a dozen have eluded all of my spam filters; to the casual eye they might slip by completely when site owners are scanning their comment logs, I almost missed the first one myself.  F'ing spammers.
